Booking Policy and Deposit
Our booking policy is on a first paid first served basis. A booking
deposit of 30% is required to reserve dates. Since deposits &
fees are for specific dates, deposits are non-refundable. Please
note that required fishing licenses or gratuities are not included
in the rates.
A river experience is not without some risk. We cannot assume responsibility
for the injury to passengers or personal belongings nor for and
or cost arising from individual indisposition's. We encourage the
purchase of vacation trip insurance which covers personal injury
and personal property, including cameras or jewelry.
FINAL PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Balance of fee is due at time that services are rendered. No date
will be booked or confirmed without a deposit. Arrangements for
accommodations at local lodging should be made well in advance.
We can give recommendations upon request. Deposits are not refundable.
If you must cancel a reservations 60 days prior to deadlines, you
can reschedule the fishing trip for a later date and the deposit
will be applied than. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to
weather conditions or insufficient reservations. We are not responsible
for expenses incurred with travel.
